Dr. Lee Gray is an emeritus professor of the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. He obtained both his undergraduate and MS degrees at Colorado State University with specialization in Business Administration and Economics. He obtained his doctoral degree in Agricultural Economics at Washington State University. He joined the faculty at Colorado State University in 1969. Lee was Associate Chair from 1980-1987 first in the Department of Economics and then in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. He then was Acting Chair from 1987-1988, and then became chair of the department from 1988–2002. He also served as Associate Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences from 2003-2007.
